Please fill out the Registration Form. ATL will then email you your login details. You can then login and view your vehicles' photos and inspection results online.

If you ship your vehicles with Hoegh Autoliners and select Hoegh Free Inspection Standing Order on the registration form, all your vehicles shipped by Hoegh will automatically have the applicable inspections done. Digital Photo Service (DPS) is available for free for all vehicles shipped by Hoegh to Oceania, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. Odometer inspections are available for free for vehicles shipped by Hoegh to New Zealand only. For all other inspections please fill out the Order Form (see Menu on the left of the screen) or contact ATL by email at request@truespeedo.co.nz or by phone +64 9 476 1008 (NZ) or +81 47 489 1981 (Japan).

Please fill out the Cancel form that was attached to the email sent by ATL to inform you of your registration and email it to hoegh@truespeedo.com

Yes! You can download multiple full-size photos (to a max. of 50 photos at once) using DownloadHelper in Mozilla Firefox, or you can download photos individually in any internet browser by right-clicking on the photo. Also, you can email each vehicle's webpage to your customers by clicking the "Sent this page to your customer" button on the DPS page.

To download multiple photos at once, please follow these instructions:

Download and install Mozilla Firefox internet browser from http://www.mozilla.com. Open Firefox and go to http://www.downloadhelper.net/install.php. Follow the instructions to download and install the DownloadHelper Firefox Extension. You are now ready to download multiple images at once:

1. Access your DPS List page (Click DPS List from the Menu on the left) and set desired parameters for vehicles.

2. Click the Tools menu in Firefox and select DownloadHelper/Media/

3. Select the photos you wish to download by moving your mouse over the jpg icons on the DownloadHelper menu. Selected photos will be outlined with a dotted red line.

3. Click Download and select the location you wish to save the photos to.

If ATL's inspector finds a vehicle of yours that has had its odometer tampered with, the inspector will contact you from the port and explain the situation to you. Afterwards, using evidence collected during the inspection, the inspector will issue a Failed Report detailing why ATL cannot certify the vehicle's odometer. It is up to you whether you continue with the export of the vehicle.

For Hoegh free inspection services, please use the Order Form that was attached to the email from ATL informing you of your login details and email it to hoegh@truespeedo.com or use the Order Form.

For all other inspections please fill out the Order Form or contact ATL by email at request@truespeedo.co.nz or by phone +64 9 476 1008 (NZ) or +81 47 489 1981 (Japan).

You need to tell your shipper (agent in Japan) that you have registered for ATL inspections and ask the shipper to send details of the vehicles you require inspections for to ATL before shipping. Unless ATL receives this information from your shipper we have no way of knowing which vehicles you want inspected.

Hoegh free inspections for vehicles shipped to Oceania include 10 photos and an odometer inspection (NZ only) per vehicle. For vehicles shipped to other destinations the free inspection includes 6 photos only. There are no additional charges for these inspections. Other inspections are available through ATL for a fee.

All inspections are independent of each other. You may register for only DPS, only Odometer Inspection, or both.

The postal address is the address to which certificates for the Odometer Inspections will be sent. Mobile number is used if we need to contact you urgently, for example to report the result of an Odometer Inspection before shipping.

For Oceania:

Shippers can view photos approximately 5 business days after the vehicle gates in to the TRS.

Consignees can view photos before the vessel arrives at its destination (generally within 2 weeks of shipping)

For other destinations:

Shippers and consignees can view photos approximately 5 business days after shipping.

Hoegh社にて輸出される車両で無料サービス（写真/走行距離検査）を希望される場合、ユーザー登録画面で、継続注文の欄の受けたいサービスにチェックしてください。無料デジタルフォトサービス(DPS)はHoegh社によるオセアニア、ヨーロッパ、南米、カリブ海の全車両においてご利用いただけます。無料走行距離検査はNZのみご利用いただけます。その他サービス車両コンディションチェックなど必要な場合オーダーフォームにご記入いただくかEmailにて request@truespeedo.co.nz もしくはTel:+64 9 476 1008(NZ) +8147 489 1981(Japan)までお問い合わせください。

ATLより送付されるユーザー登録完了メールには、写真/走行計検査のオーダーフォームが添付されてきます。そのフォームを使い、検査が不要な車両の情報を記入し、ATLまで送付してください。送付先は、 hoegh@truspeedo.com 、もしくは、FAX 047-489-1982です。

はい、Fire Foxから最大５０枚の写真を一度にダウンロードする方法か右クリックで１枚ずつする方法があります。また、各車両のウェブページ上より'Sent this page to your customer'をクリックしていただけばお客様へ直接Emailにて送ることも可能です。

写真の一括ダウンロードには、 http://www.mozilla.com より、Firefoxというブラウザをダウンロードしてください。Firefoxを起動し、 http://www.downloadhelper.net/install.php にアクセスし、DownloadHelperを自分のパソコンにインストールします。Firefoxを再起動し、 www.truespeedo.com にアクセスしログインし、以下の手順に従ってください。

?左サイドのメニューから「DPS List」ボタンをクリックしてDPSリストを表示。
? [ツール]→[DownloadHelper]の順にクリックすると、「JPG」、「メディアファイルへの全リンク」というメニューが現れます。
? 「JPG」の上にマウスをあわせると、ダウンロード対象となる写真が赤破線で囲まれます。
? 「メディアファイルへの全リンク」の上にマウスをあわせると、全ての写真が赤破線で囲まれる。
? 赤破線で囲まれた写真をダウンロードするには、「JPG」または「メディアファイルへの全リンク」の上でクリック。
? 保存先を指定して[保存]をクリック。

ATL検査員が貴社の車両の走行計検査において、巻き戻しなどを発見した場合、ATL検査員は、現場より御社のご担当にご連絡し、状況のご説明をいたします。その後、ATLでは検査員の検査情報に基づき、Fail Reportを作成し、証明書が発行できない理由をご報告いたします。なお、当該車両の輸出続行の可否については、御社と御社のお客様でご判断ください。

Höeghの無料検査サービスの場合はATLより送付されるユーザー登録完了メールには、写真/走行距離検査のオーダーフォームが添付されています。そのフォームにサービスを受けたい車両の情報を記入し、ATLまで送付してください。送付先は hoegh@truespeedo.com 。

コンサイニーとしてのユーザー登録が完了しても、貴社のエージェントにその旨を伝えていない場合、ATLではオーダーを確認することができません。必ず貴社エージェントに、無料サービスを受けたいとお伝えください。

HöeghのNZへの１０枚の写真と走行距離検査とその他仕向け地への６枚の写真のサービスは無料のサービスです。追加の請求はありません。ただし、その他コンディションチェックなどのサービスは有料となります。

今回の無料サービスは、それぞれ独立したサービスです。写真サービス、もしくは走行距離計取り外し検査サービス、もしくは、両方のサービスを、それぞれ無料で受けることができます。

走行距離検査結果の証明書の発送先が別の住所であるお客様用に、郵送物用の住所も頂いております。携帯電話の番号については、出航直前に走行距離の改ざんが見つかった時に緊急に連絡がとれる連絡先として頂いております。

オセアニアについて：
シッパー様は車両がTRSヤードに搬入後、土日祝日を含まない約4日後にご覧いただけます。
現地コンサイニー様は船が現地に到着する前（一般的に船積み後２週間以内）にご覧いただけます。

その他について：
シッパー様、コンサイニー様は船積み後、土日祝日を含まない約５日後にご覧いただけます。
